The table shows room rates.
You have access to all facilities on the first floor of the building (except gas stove and shower room).
Please take all your trash with you after use.
If you wish to use the second floor, please apply for it as an additional option.
Please make sure that each reservation would be more than two hours at a time.
*Children under 2-12 years old are charged 50% off the adult rate.
Please note that a maintenance fee of 1,000 yen will be charged per reservation.

The room you will be staying in is the larger “Left” room on the left side at the top of the stairs.

Shower rooms are available on the first floor.
Two bath towels and one bath mat will be provided.
The fee is for up to 2 persons per use.

Cancellation Policy
No charge for cancellation from the completion of payment up to 30 days prior to the date of use.

How to use the space
For rental space use, only the first floor of the building is available for your use.
To use the second floor, please apply for it as an additional option.
Please note that the kitchen stove is not available for use.
There is no key handover.
The building is equipped with an electronic lock.
You will receive instructions on how to unlock the door by email the day before your reservation.

Use of Kitchen
Please note that firearms are strictly prohibited in the rooms. Please do not use the gas stove which is provided in the kitchen.
Other items such as microwaves, refrigerators, cooking utensils, and cutlery may be used freely.
Please clean up after use and return all items to their original locations before leaving the room.
Please make sure to check the microwave and refrigerator to not leave anything when you leave.
You are allowed to bring a hot plate, but please make sure to open the windows for ventilation at least 10 minutes before the end of your use.
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room. (including electronic cigarettes).
Smoking in front of the building is also prohibited.
Cleaning
Please clean the room 5 minutes before the end of your stay.
Please use a vacuum to clean the entire room to keep it clean (foods, hair, etc.). And also please wash and dry any dishes that have been used and return them to their original locations.
Sponges, detergent, and linens are provided.
If you move furniture or fixtures, please return them to their original locations. (Please be careful not to damage the floor.)
Cleaning up trash
Please make sure to take all your trash with you when you leave.
A penalty fee of 4,000 yen will be charged to guests who leave trash behind.
For those who use the space during nighttime hours (reservations ending after 9:00 p.m.)
- Please do not shout or hang out in the area around the facility as it may disturb the neighbors.
- Please leave quietly after you leave.
- In the unlikely event of a complaint from a neighbor, we may charge a fine.
Cautions
If you extend the use of the room without prior notice and without permission, you will be charged double the amount of the usage time.
Before leaving the room
When cleaning is complete, please take a picture of the entire room from the living room window toward the kitchen and send the picture to lepassage@parischezmoi.com by e-mail. *Please be careful not to leave any items in the refrigerator or microwave oven.
All rooms in this facility can be photographed and posted on SNS. Please take many memorable photos and have a great moment!
